This page is for you if you are considering therapy and want support, whether or not your experiences are linked to a specific issue or life event.
I offer counselling and emotional support for adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, self-esteem and identity challenges, in a calm, non-judgemental space. Therapy doesn’t require a crisis or a label, just a wish to be supported.
This may be helpful if you’re experiencing:
- Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
- Low self-worth, confidence, or self-trust
- Identity questions or life transitions
- Difficult or intense emotions
- Family or relational stress
- Shame, guilt, people-pleasing, or self-criticism

You don’t need to know exactly what’s “wrong” to start therapy. We can take time to understand what’s happening and what might help, together.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
My approach is warm, relational, and informed by nervous system awareness. Sessions are shaped around what you need on the day, whether that’s space to talk, support to regulate overwhelming emotions or help making sense of patterns that keep repeating.
