FAQs

If you have a question that isn’t answered here, you’re very welcome to get in touch or book a free introductory call.

Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?

No. You don’t need a diagnosis or a specific label to begin therapy. Many people come to counselling because something feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck - and that’s enough.

Do you specialise in endometriosis and fibroids?

Yes. I offer specialist therapy for people living with endometriosis, fibroids, and chronic menstrual health conditions. This includes support with chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, relationships, fertility challenges, and being childless not through choice.

I also bring lived experience of endometriosis and fibroids, which informs my work with care and sensitivity.

Can therapy help with infertility or being childless not through choice?

Yes. Therapy can support you to process the grief, anger, loss, and identity impact that can come with infertility, fertility treatment, or being childless not through choice. This is a space where your experience doesn’t need to be minimised or reframed.

Do you work with relationship and attachment difficulties?

Yes. I work with people navigating attachment patterns, dating difficulties, people-pleasing, boundaries, and relationship anxiety. Therapy can help you understand repeated patterns and build safer, more supportive ways of relating, with yourself and with others.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. I offer online therapy across the UK, as well as in-person sessions in Bristol. Online therapy can be just as effective and may feel more accessible if you’re managing pain, fatigue, or a busy schedule.

Do you offer a free introductory call?

Yes. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure space to ask questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
